Design of Locating Device for Self-Hardening Sand Mold Assembling

基于现有的几种自硬砂型合箱定位方式的缺点,设计了一种新的自硬砂型合箱定位装置。该装置定位精度高,能有效预防铸造生产过程中因上、下箱定位误差过大或失效而导致的错箱缺陷。

Based on the shortcomings of existing self-hardening sand mold assembling methods, a new locating device for self-hardening sand casting mold assembling was designed. The locating device has high precision and can effectively prevent the shift defects caused by the large positioning error or failure of the upper and lower boxes in the process of casting production.
