关于教师人性化管理的思考

On Humanized Management of Teachers

所谓人性化管理就是以人为本,一切围绕人,以人为中心的管理。学校管理的特殊性使得在学校施行教师人性化管理能最大限度地发挥人的自觉性、主导性和创造性。本文从人性化管理的内涵出发,论述了教师人性化管理的必要性,并就如何实施教师人性化管理提出了一些看法。

The so-called humanized management is human-oriented management with human beings as the focus.The special nature of school management makes it possible to maximize the human consciousness,dominance and creativity in the implementation ofteacher humanization management.From the perspective of connotation of humanized management,this paper discusses the necessity of humanized management,and then puts forward some views on how to implement humanized management of teachers.
