摘要
以三聚氰酸(CA)和环氧乙烷(EO)为基本原料合成了三(2-羟乙基)异氰脲酸酯,优化的合成条件为:n(CA)∶n(EO)=1∶3.1、DMF溶剂用量1 420 mL/mol、反应温度110~115℃、反应压力0.3 MPa、反应时间3 h、活性碳为催化剂(用量为CA质量的1.5%),在此条件下,收率在86%以上。产物结构经元素分析、IR和1HNMR进行了确证。
Tri(2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate(THEIC) was synthesised with cyanuric acid and ethylene oxide taken as raw materials, the optimum reaction conditions as follows: n(cyanuric acid)∶n(ethylene oxide)=1∶3.1, DMF as solent(1 420 mL/mol), reaction temperature 110-115℃, pressure 0.3 MPa, reaction time 3 h, acticarbon as catalyst(input amount cyanuric acid 1.5%). The product yields were all above 86%.The products were characterized by means of IR,^1H NMR and elementary analysis.
