淋巴瘤患者自我形象改变体验的质性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探索淋巴瘤患者自我形象改变体验,为医护人员提供基于患者需求的优质心理护理给予理论依据。方法采用描述性质性研究对16例淋巴瘤患者行面对面半结构式访谈,并用传统内容分析法予以资料分析。结果通过对资料的整理及分析,得出淋巴瘤患者自我形象改变体验为我是不吉利的象征、我是个"丑八怪"、我是个"瓷娃娃"、我是个没用的人和我是个因病得福的人5个主题。结论淋巴瘤患者有负性自我形象及积极自我形象,可能与耻感、患者创伤后成长及心理弹性有关。 Objective To study the experience of self-image change for lymphoma patients to provide reference for high-quality psychological nursing based on patients’demands from nursing staff.Method 16 lymphoma patients receive face-to-face semi-structural interviews by descriptive qualitative method.Analyze the information by traditional content analysis method.Result 5 themes of I’m a symbol of unlucky,I’m very ugly person,I’m a‘porcelain doll’,I’m useless and I am blessed because of illness for experience of self-image change of lymphoma patients are concluded through arrangement and analysis on the information.Conclusion Lymphoma patients have negative and positive self-image,which is probably associated to stigma,posttraumatic growth and psychological resilience.
