集束化护理应用于PICC置管及维护的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis on cluster nursing applied in PICC catheterization and maintenance

目的探讨我国集束化护理应用于PICC置管及维护的发展现状,揭示其文献计量特征和规律。方法计算机检索数据库建库至2018年6月30日公开发表于中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医药数据库的集束化护理应用于PICC置管及维护的文献,建立数据库,对文题、作者、发表年份、发文地区、所在机构、所属期刊、基金资助情况、被引频次、研究类型、研究内容进行统计分析。结果共纳入156篇文献,其中期刊论文152篇、硕士学位论文4篇,年度文献量总体呈增长态势;第一作者来自我国26个省、直辖市及自治区;所在机构类型中省市级医院占比最大(53.21%),其次为大学附属医院(35.90%);被引频次较低,合著率为55.77%;19篇(12.18%)文献受基金资助;研究设计以实验性研究及类实验性研究为主;研究内容主要为集束化护理干预在PICC置管及维护中的疗效观察。结论集束化护理应用于PICC置管及维护的相关研究日益受到关注,但其文献质量亟待提高,今后应关注循证证据的收集与积累及集束化方案的形成过程。

Objective To study the current development situation on domestic cluster nursing applied in PICC catheterization and maintenance and find out its bibliometric characteristics and laws.Method Search articles on cluster nursing applied in PICC catheterization and maintenance published in CNKI,Wanfang Data and CBMdisc since the beginning of database to Jun.30 th 2018 by computer.Build a database.Analyze the title,author,year,district,organization,journal,fund assistance,cited frequency,research pattern and content statistically.Result 156 articles are brought into the analysis,in which 153 are periodical articles and 4 are master degree thesis.The amount of articles is increasing.The first authors come from 26 provinces,municipality cities and autonomous regions in China.Municipality and provincial hospitals takes the most place of organizations(53.21%),followed by affiliated hospitals of universities(35.90%).Cited frequency is low and coauthor rate is 55.77%.19 articles(12.18%)receive fund assistance.Research patterns are mainly experimental study and quasi-experimental study.Research contents are mainly application effect observation of cluster nursing on PICC catheterization and maintenance.Conclusion Related research on cluster nursing applied in PICC catheterization and maintenance attracts more attention.But its literature quality needs to be improved.We should focus more on collection of evidence-based clinical trails and formation of cluster plan.
