乙醇依赖患者健康教育需求的调查与分析

Survey and analysis on demands for health education of patients with alcohol dependence

目的调查乙醇依赖患者对健康教育知识的需求现状,为科学有效地实施健康教育提供指导和依据。方法应用自行设计的《乙醇依赖患者健康教育需求调查问卷》对137例乙醇依赖患者进行调查,收回有效问卷137份。结果在健康教育内容需求中,76.6%患者需要疾病的相关概念知识,52.6%患者需要复饮对身体的伤害知识,62.0%患者需要心理支持知识;在健康教育时机中,37.2%患者选择在治疗中期为教育介入时间,41.6%患者选择在上午进行宣教,45.3%患者选择每次教育时长为20～30 min;对教育方式的选择,58.4%患者需要群体教育方式。结论乙醇依赖患者对疾病相关知识需求较高,希望在院内治疗中期介入宣教,最好以群体教育方式开展。

Objective To investigate the demand situation for health education of patients with alcohol dependence to provide reference for scientific and effective health education.Method Investigate 137 patients with alcohol dependence by self-designed questionnaire on health education of patients with alcohol dependence and 137 valid questionnaires are retrieved.Result 76.6%of the patients need related conception and knowledge on disease,52.6%patients need knowledge on harm of re-drinking and 62.0%patients need knowledge on psychological support for health education content.37.2%patients choose to receive health education in the mid-term of treatment,41.6%patients choose to receive in the morning and 45.3%patients choose to receive for 20~30 min every time for health education time.58.4%patients need group education.Conclusion Patients with alcohol dependence have great demand on related knowledge on disease.Giving in mid-term of treatment and group education are good choices.
