摘要
为得到岩石相似材料骨料密实级配的定量评价指标,基于二维颗粒填充理论、颗粒级配曲线及混凝土密实级配研究成果,提出判断相似材料骨料密实级配情况的量化指标,并通过配制4种不同骨料级配的灰岩相似材料,开展不同砂胶比条件下的物理力学试验佐证该量化指标。研究结果表明:建立以细骨比大于界限细骨比、不均匀系数Cu>5与曲率系数Cc=1~3判断骨料达到密实级配的方法是切实可行的;针对灰岩相似材料,骨料级配对相似材料力学性质和变形性质的影响规律不会因胶凝材料的含量变化而改变。
To obtain a quantitative evaluation index for the dense gradation of rock-like materials, based on the two-dimensional particle filling theory, particle gradation curve and the research results of concrete density gradation, a quantitative index for judging the density distribution of similar materials aggregates was proposed. By preparing four kinds of different aggregate gradation limestone-like materials, physical and mechanical tests under different sand-to-gum ratios were conducted to support this criterion. The results show that it is feasible to establish a method for judging the dense gradation of aggregate with fine bone ratio greater than the limit fine bone ratio, non-uniform coefficient Cu>5 and curvature coefficient Cc=1~3;for the similar material of limestone, the influence of aggregate gradation on the mechanical properties and deformation properties of similar materials will not change due to the change of cementitious material content.
