摘要
通过分析提升小学数学教师拓展课程研发能力的困境和必要性,提出合理组建师资团队,设置科学实用的培训课程,运用多种方式开展分层分类专题培训等一系列策略,旨在帮助小学数学教师增强拓展课程研发意识和自信心,丰富拓展课程研发知识,提升拓展课程研发能力,从而发展小学数学教师的综合素养。
The paper analyzes the dilemma and necessity of promoting primary school math teacher’s curriculum capacity, puts forward the following strategies: scientifically establishing a teaching team, setting practical training courses, applying different training methods to organizing stratified and classified thematic training for enhancing trainees’ awareness and self-confidence, enriching curriculum development knowledge and ability to develop teacher’s comprehensive quality.
