摘要
现代学徒制是工学结合、产教融合培养高素质技能型人才的有效途径,其生源差异对现有的思想政治理论课教学带来巨大挑战,要发挥思想政治理论课课堂教学的主要作用,亟需积极构建思想政治理论课实地考察、案例编写、课堂讨论、归纳总结、反思升华的"五环"案例教学模式,并在课前、课中、课后"三环节"中实践与改进,最终提升现代学徒制学生思想政治教育亲和力和针对性。
The modern apprenticeship is an effective way to train high-quality skilled personnel by combining work with study and integrating production with teaching. The difference of students’ sources brings great challenges to the current teaching of ideological and political theory. In order to give a full play to the main role of classroom teaching of ideological and political theory, it is urgent to actively construct on-the-spot investigation, case preparation and so on. Classroom discussion, summary, reflection and sublimation of the “five-ring” case teaching model, and in the pre-class, in-class, after-class “three links” in practice and improvement, and ultimately enhance the affinity and relevance of the ideological and political education of modern apprenticeship students.
