摘要
针对山村幼儿园存在顶层设计缺失、课程特色缺乏、师资力量薄弱的办园困境,提出以回归乡土为基础的理念定位、以自然体验为核心的课程建设、以教师为中心的团队建设等途径,切实提高山村幼儿园办园质量,提供优质的学前教育资源。
This paper finds that the rural kindergartens are in the dilemma of “lack of top-level design, lack of curriculum characteristics and less qualified teachers”, and puts forward the strategies of “concept orientation based on returning to rural areas, curriculum construction centered on natural experience, team building centered on teachers” as well as further thinking of “continuously optimizing curriculum based on evaluation”.
