Analysis of Epstein-Barr virus infection status in minors of Lishui

目的了解丽水市未成年人EB病毒(EBV)感染情况及流行病学特征,为EBV感染的防治提供科学依据。方法收集2015年6月-2017年9月来丽水市人民医院就诊的1 383例疑似EBV感染未成年人的血液标本,real-time PCR法检测外周血单个核细胞EBV-DNA,按性别、年龄、季节用卡方检验统计分析阳性率及差异。结果 1 383例患者EBV阳性率为37.60%,男、女阳性率分别为36.64%和38.90%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。婴儿组、幼儿组、学龄前组、学龄组以及青少年组阳性率分别为11.41%、40.40%、46.73%、39.90%和28.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中学龄前组阳性率最高。春季、夏季、秋季、冬季的阳性率分别为41.21%、36.01%、29.86%、44.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本市EBV阳性率较高,学龄前组是高发年龄段,冬季是高发季节。

Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of EB virus infections in minors in Lishui,so as to provide scientific strategies of treatment and prevention for EB virus.Methods Blood samples of minors,suspected to be infected with EB virus,were collected from June 2015 to September 2017,and EBV-DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were detected with real-time PCR method,and the results were divided by gender,age and seasons to analyze the differences of infection rates.Results The EBV-DNA positive rate among 1 383 minors was 37.60%,and the positive rale for male and female was 36.64% and 38.90%,respectively,with the differences not statistically significant(P>0.05).The EBV-DNA positive rates of infant,toddler,preschool minors and school-age minors were 11.41%,40.40%,46.73%,39.90% and 28.00% respectively,and there was no statistical significance(P<0.05)among different groups,of which the highest was in preschool minors.The EBV-DNA positive rate of four seasons were 41.21%,36.01 %,29.86% and 44.16% respectively,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion EBV infection rate is rather high in Lishui,and the infection rate in preschool is the highest,and winter is the most EBV-easily-infected season.
