摘要
目的探讨联合应用尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法进行白细胞检验的临床价值。方法选取本院2016年8月-2017年8月收治的140例尿检患者作为对象,分为联合组和对照组,每组70例,对照组给予尿液干化学法进行尿液白细胞检测,联合组给予尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法联合检测,比对2组患者尿液白细胞检验结果以及错误率、漏诊率。结果 2组患者尿液白细胞阳性率,联合组为70.00%,对照组为71.43%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组尿液白细胞检验的错误率、漏诊率分别为0.00%、1.43%,对照组尿液白细胞检验的错误率、漏诊率分别为4.29%、7.14%,联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法进行白细胞检验能够确保较好的阳性率,同时错误率、漏诊率得到进一步降低,临床价值突出,可以在后续工作中加以推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined use of urine dry chemistry method and urinary sediment microscopy in white blood cell test.Methods A total of 140 cases with urine examination were collected as the objects in our hospital during August 2016-August 2017 ,and divided into combined group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given urine dry chemistry method for detecting urine white blood cells,and the combination group was given combined detection of chemical method and urinary sediment microscopy in urine.The white urine cell test results and the error rate,the rate of misdiagnosis were compared between the two groups.Results The positive rate was 70.00% in the combined group,71.43% in the control group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the urine leukocyte test em)r rate,the rate of misdiagnosis was 0.00% in combined group,1.43% in control group;urine leukocyte test error rate and the rate of missed diagnosis were 4.29%,7.14% in the control group,lower than that of the united group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of urine dry chemistry method and urinary sediment microscopy in white blood cell test can ensure better positive detection rate and error rate,and the misdiagnosis rate was further reduced with outstanding clinical value,which can be promoted in the follow-up work.
