冠心病患者胃促生长素及N-末端促生长抑素水平变化及临床意义

Changes of ghrelin and N-terminal somatostatin levels in patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical significance

摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者血清胃促生长素(Ghrelin)及血浆N-末端促生长抑素(NT-proSST)水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取冠心病患者82例作为观察组和健康体检者30例作为对照组。检测Ghrelin和NT-proSST水平,计算Gensini积分,根据Gensini积分将观察组患者分为轻度组(1分~30分)、中度组(31分~90分)、重度组(>90分),用ROC曲线对Ghrelin和NT-proSST诊断效果进行评估。结果观察组患者的血清Ghrelin水平明显低于对照组,而NT-proSST明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中随着冠脉病变程度加重,血清Ghrelin水平逐渐降低,而NT-proSST逐渐增高。ROC曲线分析,Ghrelin和NT-proSST对诊断冠心病的AUC分别为0.80和0.77。结论 Ghrelin和NT-proSST与冠心病密切相关,Ghrelin和NT-proSST的测定可为冠心病诊断和评估冠脉病变程度提供依据。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum ghrelin and plasma N-terminal somatostatin(NT-proSST)levels in patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical significance.Methods 82 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as observation group and 30 healthy persons were selected as control group.The levels of Ghrelin and NT-proSST were detected,and Gensini integral was calculated.According to Gensini integral,the observation group was divided into mild group(1 to 30 score),moderate group(31 to 90 score),and severe group(>90 score).ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic effect of Ghrelin and NT-proSST.Results The level of serum Ghrelin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the NT-proSST level was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,with the severity of coronary artery lesion,serum Ghrelin level decreased gradually,while NT-proSST gradually increased.ROC curve analysis showed that AUC of Ghrelin and NT-proSST for diagnosing coronary heart disease was 0.80 and 0.77 ,respectively.Conclusion Ghrelin and NT-proSST are closely related to coronary heart disease,the determination of Ghrelin and NT-proSST can provide evidence for diagnosing and evaluating the severity of coronary artery disease.
