摘要
工资决定问题一直是经济学研究的重点,并随着经济学、管理学等学科研究的不断进展,对工资决定理论的研究越来越深入。目前,基于研究视角、分析方法、侧重点等不同,涌现出许多工资决定理论和分析模型,并通过大量实证分析予以验证,为政府施策、企业实践、个人决策提供了理论依据。本文从指导企业工资决策实践出发,根据工资研究对象进行分类,形成了企业工资决定的理论和实证的分类框架,并根据这一框架系统梳理了工资理论及其实证研究的演变发展和研究重点,以期对完善我国企业工资制度,尤其是国有企业工资决定机制改革提供分析思路。
The issue of wage decision has been the key area in economic research, and the study of wage decision is conducted with more and more in-depth as the progress is contantly being made in the field of economics and management. At present, a lot of theories of wage decision and analysis models emerged based on different research perspectives,methodologies and emphases, which are tested and validated by large empirical analysis so as to provide theoretical bases for the policy implementation by government, enterprises practice and individual decision. Starting from guiding the practices of enterprise wage decision, this paper classified wage decision theories and related empirical researches according to the objects of wage study, and formed a framework of the classification. The paper summarized the development and study emphasis of existing wage theories and related empirical researches On the basis of the classification framework,the results of the paper can provide some analytical thinking for the reform of wage decision mechanism of state-owned enterprises and help for improving enterprise wage system in China.
