深汕特别合作区同粤港澳大湾区一体化发展研究

2018年12月16日,中国共产党深圳市深汕特别合作区(以下简称深汕合作区)工作委员会、深圳市深汕特别合作区管理委员会举行揭牌仪式,合作区党工委、管委会正式成为深圳市委市政府派出机构,意味着正式进入深圳全面主导时代。本文将系统梳理深汕合作区发展轨迹,从同粤港澳大湾区(以下简称"大湾区")一体化发展国家战略、必要性、可行性、发展思路四方面入手,对深汕合作区同大湾区一体化发展进行战略思考,提出了首先同深圳实现"时间同城化"发展,在此基础上通过交通、产业、文化三个层面的努力同大湾区实现一体化发展的思路。
