环保组合政策链下广东中小型出口制造业生存困境及企业对策研究

Study on the Existence Dilemma of Guangdong's Small and Medium-sized Export Manufacturing Industry and Enterprise Countermeasure under the Environmental Protection Portfolio Policy Chain

随着最严环保督查和相关政策的陆续实施,不少高污染、高能耗的中小型出口制造企业出现了限产、停产或倒闭现象。伴随着广东人口红利成本比较优势逐步减弱,低端加工贸易和传统出口产业产能出现普遍过剩的情况。本文重点研究环保组合政策链下广东中小型出口制造业的内外部生存环境与企业发展困境,并在此基础上提供企业在应对高压环保态势下转型升级的解决方案。

With the implementation of the strictest environmental protection supervision and related policies,many small and medium-sized export manufacturing enterprises with high pollution and energy consumption have been shut down or closed down.With the gradual weakening of the comparative advantage of Guangdong’s demographic dividend cost, there is a general overcapacity in low-end processing trade and traditional export industries. This paper focuses on the internal and external survival environment and enterprise development dilemma under the environmental protection portfolio policy chain, provides solutions for enterprises to transform and upgrade under the situation of high-pressure environmental protection.
