Design Research of the Small Apartment based on the Background of High Density City

基于"高密度城市"的背景,对国内外小户型公寓进行研究分析和归纳总结,针对小户型公寓在户型设计、建造成本及标准层设计等方面存在的一系列问题,总结出从三维进行设计、提高实用率、改善公共空间设计等相应的策略。

After analyzed and summarized the small apartment both domestic and abroad based on the background of "high density city", this paper finds out a series of problems that exist in the unit design, construction cost, standard layer design and other aspects of the small apartment as well as summarizes the corresponding strategies such as design from three dimensions, improving the practical rate and the public space, etc.
