An Essential Way to Improve the Quality of Talent Cultivation in First-class Universities: Hypercycle Symbiotic System of Teaching, Scientific Research and Social Service

摘要 摆脱"就教学论教学"以及教学与科研相对立的思维定式,从教学、科研与社会服务互利共生的视角,探讨从根本上提高大学教学质量的新模式。综合运用集成化管理金字塔理论、共生理论和超循环理论,剖析一流大学建设目标下的二流教学现象,分析教学质量的影响变量和形成机理,及其与科研和社会服务的相互作用关系。由此构建教学-科研-社会服务超循环共生系统及其运行机制。提高教学质量的根本出路不在于教学单元内部,而在于将教学、科研和社会服务构成一个超循环的互利共生系统,改变三者相互对立的局面,从而使一流大学拥有一流的教学质量。 A new pattern to fundamentally improve the teaching quality of universities is researched from the perspective of mutualism among teaching, scientific research and social service in order to get rid of the thinking setting such as regarding teaching as a closed system, and regarding teaching and scientific research as opposite. By comprehensive application of the theory of integrated management pyramid,symbiosis theory and hypercycle theory, the following issues are analyzed successively: the phenomenon of second-class teaching under the construction objective for first-class university, the influencing factors and formation mechanism of teaching quality, and the relationship among teaching, scientific research and social service. Then hypercycle symbiotic system and its operating mechanism of teaching, scientific research and social service are established. The research shows that the effective way to improve the teaching quality of universities is not limited within the teaching unit, but in the hypercycle mutualism system which is constituted by the units of teaching, scientific research and social service. Thus the conflicting situation of the three units can be changed, and first-class universities can achieve the first-class teaching quality.
