一流学科培育是公安院校跻身"双一流"高校的基础。公安院校培育一流学科具有内外两种驱动因素,应在明晰一流学科的内涵、厘清培育一流学科驱动力的基础上,围绕卓越警务人才培养核心任务,结合公安学科建设现状与规律,通过优化学科结构、凝练学科特色、完善学科培育机制的方法实现一流学科培育目标。

The cultivation of first-class disciplines is the basis for the development of police colleges ascending into "double-class" universities. The cultivation of first-class disciplines in police colleges has internal and external driving factors. In order to achieve the goal of first-class disciplines, police colleges should take the following measures: on the basis of clarifying the connotation of first-class disciplines and the driving force of cultivating first-class disciplines, focusing on the key task of training excellent police, in accordance with the current situation and law of police disciplines, to optimize the discipline structure, to condense the discipline characteristics, and to improve the cultivation mechanism.
