大学教师流动与教学发展——基于“2014中国大学教师调查”的分析 被引量:6

摘要 随着学术劳动力市场的不断发展,大学教师流动日趋频繁。教师流动对教师教学发展的影响值得关注。对全国88所高校5186名教师流动情况与教学发展情况的分析发现:有流动经历的教师比例接近50%,从高等教育行业外流入高等教育行业内是主要流动趋势,而高等教育行业内部流动相对较少;教师流动对大学教师的教学发展有显著的正向作用:具有流动经历的教师教学发展明显优于未流动的教师,其中高等教育行业内校际流动经历对于教学发展的促进作用最为显著,跨行业的教师流动对教学发展也具有较为明显的促进作用。研究结论为高校人事管理制度设计、教师招聘政策调整及教师职业发展路径选择等提供了实证依据。 With the continuous development of academic labor market, the flow of university teachers is growing frequently. The impact of teacher mobility on the development of teachers’ teaching is worthy of attention. In the analysis of teacher mobility and teaching development of 5,186 teachers from 88 universities in China, this study finds that the proportion of teachers with flow experience is close to 50%, the major trend is the flow from other industries into higher education, while the internal flow of higher education is relatively small. Teacher mobility can produce prominent positive effect on teaching development of university teachers. For instance, teachers with mobile experience are significantly superior to the others in teaching development. The intercollegiate mobile in higher education industry has the most remarkable effect on facilitating the teaching development, and cross-industry teacher mobility also plays an important role.The research conclusions provide the empirical basis for the design of personnel management system in universities, the adjustment of teacher recruitment policy and the choice of career path for teachers.
