摘要
长沙世茂广场塔楼地上75层,地下4层,建筑总高度为348.30m,结构高度为335.30m,采用钢管混凝土框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒+伸臂桁架+环带桁架的混合双重抗侧力结构体系。首先介绍了结构的超限情况及抗震性能目标,结构为超限高层建筑,且存在6项一般不规则项,采用C级抗震性能目标。其次介绍了结构在小震、中震及大震下的分析情况,结构构件在多遇地震下均处于弹性工作状态,可保证小震不坏;通过对结构进行中震弹性和中震不屈服计算,表明结构可实现预设的中震性能目标;结构在罕遇地震作用下整体受力性能良好,最大层间位移角为1/207;结构主要竖向构件均未出现塑性铰,一般处于弹性状态,结构满足罕遇地震下的抗震性能目标。最后对结构中存在的几个关键技术问题进行了专门介绍,包括结构竖向非荷载作用变形分析及设计和施工对策;结构楼面舒适度分析及伸臂桁架与混凝土核心筒连接节点的分析。
Changsha Shimao Tower is 348.30 mhigh with 75/4 storys,while the structural height is 335.30 m,and the structure is composed of CFST frames,RC corewall,steel outrigger,and belt trusses.Firstly,the structure and seismic design are presented.The structure height is beyond the code limits,and there are six general irregular items.C-class seismic performance objectives are used.Secondly,the analysis of buliding structure under frequent,moderate and rare seismic action is presented.The structural members are in elastic state under frequent seismic action.Through elastic and unyielding analysis under moderate seismic action,it is shown that the structure can achieve seismic performance objectives.The structure has good overall mechanical performance under rare seismic action,and the maximum interstory drift is 1/207,and there is no splastic hinge in the main vertical structure.Finally,several key technical problems in the structure are investigated,including vertical deformation analysis,floor comfort analysis and finite element analysis of outrigger truss-corewall connection.
