摘要
目的对七叶一枝花根、茎、叶中总黄酮含量及抗氧化作用进行分析,为有效利用七叶一枝花地上部分提供实验依据。方法用超声法、索氏提取法对七叶一枝花不同部位总黄酮进行提取,以荧光法分析提取液中总黄酮含量,以清除DPPH自由基能力对其抗氧化活性进行比较。结果七叶一枝花根、茎、叶部位总黄酮的含量,超声法提取分别为2. 06,4. 86,6. 12 mg·g^(-1),索氏法提取分别为1. 23,4. 22,5. 82 mg·g^(-1)。清除DPPH自由基的IC50值:超声法<索氏提取法。七叶一枝花根、茎、叶样品清除DPPH自由基的IC50值分别为10. 63,7. 55,3. 73mg·L^(-1)。结论七叶一枝花地上部分比根部含有更丰富的黄酮类化合物及更强的清除DPPH自由基能力,超声法可作为七叶一枝花总黄酮的提取方法。
Objective To analyze the content of total flavonoids and their antioxidant activities in the root,stem and leaf of the Paris polyphylla,and to provide experimental basis for the effective utilization of the ground parts of the Paris polyphylla.Methods The total flavonoids were extracted by ultrasonic method and sauschia extraction method,and the total flavonoid content in the extract was analyzed by fluorescence method.The antioxidant activity of them was compared with activity of DPPH free radical removal scavenging.Results The content of total flavonoids in the root,stem,and leaf of Paris polyphylla was 2.06,4.86 and 6.12 mg·g^-1respectively in ultrasound extraction method,and1.23,4.22 and 5.82 mg·g^-1 in sauschia extraction method.The IC50 value for removing DPPH free radicalsin Ultrasonic method is smaller than that in sauschia extraction method.The IC50 values for the removal of DPPH free radicals from Paris polyphylla root,stem and leaf sample were 10.63,7.55 and 3.73 mg·L^-1,respectively.Conclusion The ground part of Paris polyphylla is rich in flavonoids and has a stronger ability to clear DPPH free radicals than the roots.Ultrasonic method can be used as a method for extracting the total flavonoids of Paris polyphylla.
