摘要
超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒(SPIONs)在消化系统肿瘤诊疗的应用中有着巨大的潜力。其作为一种新型的功能材料,具有超顺磁性、生物相容性、光热及磁热等性能。SPIONs在消化系统肿瘤诊疗中扮演着多样化的角色,能够在核磁成像、药物递送及靶向治疗等方面起到很好的作用。
Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles( SPIONs) have great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system tumors.As a new type of functional material,it has super paramagnetism,biocompatibility,photothermal and magnetocaloric properties and so on. SPIONs play diverse roles in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system tumors and can play a significant role in magnaticresonance imaging,drug delivery,targeted therapy,ect.
