摘要
阐述采用分子蒸馏技术通过石油基础油进行蒸馏切割,得到二种不同规格的扩散泵油。该二种扩散泵油再通过全程蒸馏、切割二段、五段馏分后得到的数据,进行绘制曲线图。实验结果表明,通过全程蒸馏的扩散泵油具有馏程窄,斜率较小,较窄的馏程意味着扩散泵油中所含的轻馏分和重馏分较少,混合组分比较均匀,极限真空度较高;通过切割二段和五段馏分后,它们的运动粘度分布较均匀,表明扩散泵油中的混合物组分分布均匀,纯度较高。
Two different specifications of diffusion pump oils were obtained by distillation cutting through petroleum base oil by using molecular distillation technology. The two kinds of diffusionion pump oils are then subjected to full-scale distillation, and the data obtained after cutting the two-stage and five-stage fractions. The experimental results show that the diffused pump oil fully distilled has a narrow distillation range, a smaller slope and a narrower distillation range. We found that the light fraction and heavy fraction contained in the diffusion pump oil are less, the mixed components are relatively uniform, and the ultimate vacuum is higher. After cutting two and five fractions, kinematic viscosity distribution is uniform, which indicates that the mixed components in the diffusion pump oil are uniformly distributed and the purity is higher.
