Discussion on Intelligent Fire Protection for Modern Cities

摘要 传统的消防管理及工作模式滞后并制约消防行业发展的弊端日益凸显,以信息化综合平台为基础,依托物联网、大数据等先进信息管理技术,其中数字预案、精准管理是现代智慧消防建设的关键。实践中出现了顶层设计缺乏完整布局、模块之间缺少信息联通、模块本身仍有改善空间、收集数据易造成信息孤岛、社会力量参与建设能动性差、科技人才严重短缺等问题。针对这些问题,应实施以人防为中心、以技防为重点、以物防为保障的智慧消防建设战略,从而有效提升现代城市消防安全水平。 The traditional fire management and working mode has lagged behind and restricted the development of the fire protection industry. And the disadvantages are becoming increasingly prominent. Based on the information integration platform and due to advanced information management technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data, digital planning and precision management have become the key of modern intelligent fire protection. But in practice, there have appeared a number of problems such as lack of overall planning in the top-level design, insufficient information connectivity between modules, the modules needing improvement, information silos caused by data collection, low participation rate by social forces, and serious shortage of scientific and technological talents. In response to these problems, we should implement an intelligent fire protection strategy focusing on people’s prevention and relying on technologies and physical resources, so as to effectively improve the safety level of fire protection of the modern cities.
