摘要
结合国内某航空公司提供的B757机型的腐蚀维护数据,从初始值优化、背景值优化以及引入权重矩阵三方面对不等间距灰色模型进行改进,并对飞机结构件进行了腐蚀预测。结果表明:相对于传统灰色模型,综合优化的不等时距灰色模型可进一步提高预测结果精度,可对民用机的维修任务优化起到支持作用。
Combined with the corrosion maintenance data of the B757 model provided by a domestic airline,the unequal-pitch gray model was improved from the initial value optimization,background value optimization and the introduction of weight matrix,and the corrosion prediction of the aircraft structural parts was carried out.The results show that compared with the traditional gray model,the comprehensive optimization of unequal-time gray model could further improve the accuracy of the prediction results,and could support the optimization of maintenance tasks for civil aircraft.
