摘要
就DCT基因编码蛋白的结构、基因的功能、与动物毛色的关系及有关生物信息学研究进展进行了概述,并对今后DCT基因在动物毛色方面的研究进行了展望。
In this paper,the structure of DCT gene-encoded proteins,function and polymorphisms of DCT gene,the relationship with animal hair color and the progress of bioinformatics were summarized.The future research of DCT gene in animal hair color is prospected.
