乡镇居民低碳与环保生活教育策略研究——以遵义市播州区为例

On the Strategy of Low Carbon and Environmental Protection Life Education for Township Residents——A Case Study of Bozhou District of Zunyi Municipality

低碳是一种尽可能减少CO_2等温室气体的排放量,即低能量、低消耗、低开支的生活理念。随着我国城镇化的发展,农村地区新的环境污染问题日益出现,能源消耗结构也发生了改变。因此,文章以遵义市播州区为例,阐述了乡镇居民现实生活中存在的环境污染问题和对乡镇居民实施低碳与环保生活教育的原因,提出开展乡镇居民低碳与环保生活教育的策略,从而引导乡镇居民形成低碳环保的绿色生活方式。

Low carbon is a kind of life concept of reducing greenhouse gas emissions such as CO2 as much as possible, that is, low energy,low consumption and low expenditure. With the development of urbanization in our country, new environmental pollution problems appear day by day in rural areas, and the structure of energy consumption has changed greatly. Taking Bozhou District of Zunyi City as an example, this paper expounds the problems of environmental pollution existing in the real life of township residents and the reasons for carrying out low carbon and environmental protection life education for township residents. After that, this paper puts forward the strategy of carrying out low-carbon and environmental protection life education of township residents, so as to guide township residents to form a low-carbon and environmental protection green lifestyle.
