摘要
介绍了某石化公司200 kt/a Oleflex异丁烷脱氢装置的工艺流程及装置开工和标定情况。从反应器压力降、反应器总温降、催化剂转化率和选择性、粉尘生成量、再生系统运行等方面对装置运行情况作了总结。对装置开工和运行过程中遇到的问题进行了分析。通过在线更换催化剂,粉尘生成量降低至4.5 kg/d,解决了催化剂循环再生系统粉尘生成量大的问题;通过对冷箱的改造,逐步提高了氢气和C_4烷烃的分离效率,使装置加工负荷提高至94%左右;通过更换活化变压吸附(PSA)吸附剂,避免了PSA原料中杂质含量超标导致氢气产品不合格和PSA吸附剂寿命降低的问题;通过增加氮气保护、弹性垫圈等措施解决了高温法兰泄漏的问题。对装置运行管理经验进行了总结。
The process flow,start-up and calibration of a 200 kt/a isobutane dehydrogenation plant using Oleflex process are introduced.The operation of the unit is summarized in terms of pressure drop of reactor,total temperature drop of reactor,catalyst conversion and selectivity,dust production and operation of regeneration system.The problems encountered during the start-up and operation of the unit are analyzed.The problem of high content of catalyst fines in recycle regeneration system is solved by replacing the catalyst on-line and the catalyst fines production reduced to 4.5 kg/d.Separation efficiency of hydrogen and C4 alkane is gradually increased by revamping the cold box.This increases the procsessing load of the unit to 94%.The problems of hydrogen product disqualification and PSA adsorbent life reduction caused by excessive impurity content in PSA feedstock are avoided by replacing PSA adsorbent.The problem of flange leakage at high temperature is solved by using nitrogen protection and adding spring washer.The experience of unit management and operation is summarized.
