S Zorb装置再生器旋风分离器料腿堵塞原因分析及对策 被引量:1

摘要 针对陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司炼化公司延安石油化工厂1.80 Mt/a S Zorb装置再生器旋风分离器料腿下料不畅、吸附剂消耗大的问题,结合装置运行及检修情况,对造成料腿下料不畅的原因进行了分析。结块取样化验分析主要成分为ZnSO_4。认为再生器存在的水使硫酸锌聚集形成结块,而装置原料水含量偏高、再生器检修检查不到位、开工干燥不彻底是引起结块的主要原因。在装置在线抢修时,打开再生器底部锥体,清理了大量黄色结块;对二级料腿口堵塞处彻底疏通清理。再生器抢修开工后,装置恢复正常,吸附剂细粉储罐料位上涨速度明显降低,再生烟气过滤器差压由抢修前的20 kPa左右降至16 kPa以下,反吹频次趋于正常。 Aiming at the problems of obstructed feedstock of cyclone dipleg and high consumption of adsorbents in regenerator of 1.80 MM TPY S Zorb unit in Yan’an Petrochemical Plant of Yanchang Petroleum(Group)Co.,Ltd.,the causes of obstructed feeding of cyclone dipleg are analyzed in connection with the operation and maintenance of the unit.According to the sample examination,the main component of the agglomeration is ZnSO4.It is believed that water in regenerator is the main reason of ZnSO4 aggregation of to form agglomeration.High water content of the feedstock,insufficient maintenance and inspection of regenerator,and incomplete drying are the main causes of agglomeration.For this reason,the cone at the bottom of the regenerator is opened and a large amount of yellow agglomeration is cleaned during the rush-repair of the unit.Thorough dredging and cleaning are implemented in terms of the blockage at the second level dipleg mouth.After maintenance,the unit runs as normal,the rising speed of material level of the adsorbent fine powder storage tank is obviously reduced.The filter pressure difference is reduced from about 20 kPa to below 16 kPa,and the frequency of blow back tends to be normal.
