城乡公共体育场地设施空间布局优化的实证研究——以巢湖市为例

Research on Spatial Layout Optimization of Public Sports Facilities in Urban and Rural Areas: Based on Chaohu

文章采用文献调研、实地调查、数据分析等研究方法,对巢湖市城乡公共体育场地设施空间分布及优化机制进行研究,从空间布局现状、形成机制及差异性等方面进行分析.结果显示:城乡公共体育场地设施空间分布集聚程度较高,企事业单位系统空间分布差异较大;城乡公共体育场地设施差异性空间布局主要受社会经济水平、自然人文和地理位置因素、居民物质消费水平、体育赛事承办等因素的影响.针对以上研究结果,提出以聚落布局、公共开敞空间、公共交通、均衡布局4个优化布局特征为导向的对策,并从公共体育场地设施建设模式、特色打造、利用、保障对巢湖市城乡公共体育场地设施进行规划建设.推动城乡公共体育场地设施服务改革,提升城乡居民参与体育活动的质量,为各级政府、体育主管部门提供状态数据,为体育政策法规的制定、实施提供理论依据.

By using literature data,field survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the Chaohu regional urban and rural public sports facilities spatial distribution and optimization mechanism are studied in terms of the spatial layout of the status quo,the formation mechanism,characteristic and optimization mechanism,etc. The results show that the spatial distribution of public sports venues and facilities in urban and rural areas is higher,and the spatial distribution of enterprises and institutions is relatively large. The spatial distribution of public sports facilities in urban and rural areas is mainly dependent on the social and economic level,natural and cultural and geographical factors,the factors of the material consumption level of sports events and other factors. According to the above research results,this paper puts forward some optimization strategy layout,the settlements layout orientation,public open space oriented,public transport oriented,balanced layout oriented four oriented features,from the constructive mode of public sports facilities,the characteristics of public sports facilities,the use of public sports facilities,the protection of public sports facilities four aspects to set about the sports facilities in Chaohu and to work on planning and construction in urban and rural areas. In order to promote the reform of public sports facilities in urban and rural areas,improve the quality and power of urban and rural residents to participate in sports activities,and provide theoretical basis for the formulation and implementation of state data and sports policies and regulations for all levels of government.
