摘要
建设美丽乡村是实现乡村振兴战略的重要内容,文章从美丽乡村建设的重要性出发,分析了美丽乡村建设人才困境的成因,提出返乡创业的农民工是解决该困境的主要力量之一,进而给出提升返乡创业农民工创业效率的策略。
Building beautiful countryside is an important part of realizing rural revitalization strategy. Starting from the importance of building beautiful countryside, this paper analyzes the causes of the talent predicament, and proposes that migrant workers returning home to start a business is one of the main forces to solve this problem, providing a strategy for improving the entrepreneurial efficiency of migrant workers.
