新形势下大学生党员教育现实生活化探析

大学生党员的教育培养问题是高校教育和高校党建的一大任务。面对新形势、新问题、新需求,目前大学生党员的教育存在着许多问题,其中最突出的问题是教育与大学生党员的需求脱节,与大学生党员的现实生活脱节。探索现实生活化的教育方式,从调研大学生党员的需求出发,多角度切入,增加教育的现实空间和实践,不仅有利于提高大学生党员的综合素质,而且有利于增强大学生党员教育的感染力和有效性。

The education and training of college student party members is a major task of education and party building in universities. Under the new situation, problems have been risen in educating college student party members, the most prominent one being that education cannot meet the needs of college student party members and diverts from the real life experience of college student party members. Exploration to life-oriented education mode, starting from the needs of college student party members and promoting various practical activities among them, is not only conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of college student party members, but also beneficial to enhancing the appeal and effectiveness of the education of college student party members.
