改革开放以来,我国文化体制的改革大致经历了探索、发展以及深化三个阶段。在党中央的科学指导之下,我们文化体制改革取得了现代文化市场体系的构建、现代公共文化服务体系的构建以及中国优秀文化的传承与对外发展体系一系列的成就,与坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域中的主导地位、坚持"积极发展文化事业和文化产业"的正确方针以及坚持与政治体制改革、经济体制改革相互衔接的丰富经验。
