Development and Application of Portable Cleaner for Switch Equipment

针对人工清洗道岔转换设备效率低和道岔镀层可能受损的问题,研制开发了便携式道岔转换设备清洗机。本文介绍了该设备的设计思路和研究目标,对其设备结构和原理进行了说明,同时对其技术特点和创新点进行了阐述,最后探讨了其使用效果,并提出相关建议。

To deal with low efficiency of manual cleaning of switch equipment as well as potential damages to switch coating,a portable cleaner for switch equipment is developed.The design ideas and research objectives of the cleaner is introduced with an explanation of its structure and working principle.Meanwhile,its technical features and innovative points are expounded.Finally,the application effects of the cleaner are explored and suggestions are proposed.
