摘要 肿瘤抑制蛋白p53的动力学对细胞命运起到重要作用.基于p53信号通路,针对通路中的两个重要蛋白质PDCD5和ATM,考虑了PDCD5表达水平和ATM产生速率对p53动力学的影响.首先,在一定PDCD5表达水平下,给出p53关于ATM产生速率的典型余维一分岔图.进一步,通过PDCD5和ATM产生速率的余维二分岔图清晰看出它们对p53动力学的调控,并给出相应的时间历程图.最后,通过能量面进一步分析了p53动力学的稳定性. The kinetics of tumor suppressor protein p53 plays an important role in cell fate.Based on the p53 signaling pathway,the effects of PDCD5 expression level and ATM production rate on the kinetics of p53 are considered for two important proteins PDCD5 and ATM in the pathway.Firstly,typical condimension-one bifurcation diagrams of p53 concentration with respect to the parameter ATM production rate vaare given at the given PDCD5 levels.Furthermore,the condimension-two bifurcation diagram of PDCD5 and ATM production rates vaclearly shows their regulation on the dynamics of p53,and the corresponding time series are given.Finally,the stability of p53 dynamics is analyzed by the potential landscapes.
