摘要
对蒙药复方述达格-4中总黄酮在正常大鼠与胃溃疡模型大鼠体内的血药浓度进行比较.紫外可见分光光度法测定蒙药复方述达格-4在大鼠血清中总黄酮吸光度,波长为458nm,计算蒙药复方述达格-4中总黄酮在大鼠体内的血药浓度,用DAS2.0软件进行智能化分析,求得其主要药代动力学参数.结果表明蒙药复方述达格-4中总黄酮在大鼠体内的含量在0.02024~0.2024mg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),胃溃疡大鼠的Cmax、AUC(0-480)、AUC(0-∞)均低于正常大鼠.该方法较便捷,可以应用于测定蒙药复方述达格-4中总黄酮的血药浓度.
To compare the blood concentration of total flavonoids in the compound Shudage-4 of Mongolian medicine in normal rats and gastric ulcer rats,the UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the total flavonoids absorbency at the 458 nm wavelength.The blood concentration of total flavonoids in Mongolian compound Shudage-4 was calculated and analyzed by DAS 2.0 software to obtain the main pharmacokinetic parameters.The results showed that the content of total flavonoids in Mongolian compound Shudage-4 was linear in the range of 0.02424~0.2024 mg(r=0.9997).The Cmax,AUC(0-480)and AUC(0-∞)of gastric ulcer rats were lower than those of normal rats.The method is simple and rapid,and can be used for determining the blood concentration of total flavonoids in the Mongolian medicine compound Shudage-4.
