CD8^+T细胞是一类异质的具有多种功能的T淋巴细胞亚群,在机体清除病原体感染、抗肿瘤以及介导器官移植排斥反应过程中发挥重要的调节作用。近年来,人们发现,CD8^+T细胞在哮喘的发病中也扮演重要角色。本文将对CD8^+T细胞的分类、功能以及其与哮喘之间的关系进行综述。

CD8^+T cells are a group of heterogeneous T lymphocyte subsets with multiple functions.It plays an important role in the elimination of pathogen infection,anti-tumor and mediated rejection of organ transplantation.In recent years,it has been found that CD8^+T cells also play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.In this article,we reviewed the classification,function of CD8^+T lymphocytes and the relationship between CD8^+T cells and bronchial asthma.
