中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展

目的了解中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究文献特点,探讨溃疡性结肠炎的中医药治疗用药规律。方法从中医对溃疡性结肠炎的病机、分型、辨证论治及现代中医在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中新的方剂的研究和应用方面进行了综述,并且还论述了中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究。结果中医药也是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效方法;还可配合西药治疗,可改善症状、提高疗效。结论中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有独特的优势,且副作用小,安全性高,加减灵活,适合于长期应用。

Objective By analyzing papers about treatment of Ulcerative colitis with Traditional Chinese medicine,the medication rules in the treatment are discussed,and their literature characteristics are understood.Method The pathogenesis,typing,syndrome differentiation and treatment of Ulcerative colitis with Chinese medicine is summarized.And the research and apply of modern Chinese medicine’s new prescriptions about Ulcerative colitis is also summarized.Meanwhile,the treatment of Ulcerative collts Traditional Chinese medicine is also an effective way to cure Ulcerative colitis.With the assistanceitis with integrated Chinese and Western medicine is also discussed.Resu of western medicine,the symptom and efficacy can be improved.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has special advantage in curing Ulcerative colitis with less side effect,higher security,flexible adjustment,suitable for long-term application.
