摘要
选择适用于含砂雾封层乳液的水性环氧乳化沥青、细砂砾,配制新型封层材料,经过摊铺养生后采用拉拔试验对其黏附性进行研究。研究表明:水性环氧乳化沥青与玄武岩的黏附性更好,拉拔强度为3.54 MPa,含砂雾封层中细砂砾优先选择玄武岩;经过喷砂处理的车辙板与水性环氧乳化沥青含砂雾封层的黏附性更好,这是因为前者拉拔破坏界面是车辙板上的沥青界面,而水性环氧乳化沥青与石板的黏附性高于其它沥青。最后,介绍了含砂雾封层施工工艺。
Suitable waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt suitable for emulsion containing fog seal with sand and grit were selected to prepare new sealing material.After spreading and maintenance, the adhesion properties were studied by drawing test.The results show that the adhesion between waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt and basalt is good,and the drawing strength is up to 3.54 MPa.Fine gravel used for fog seal with sand is preferred to basalt.Based on the fact that the adhesion between waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt and slab is higher than that between asphalt and slab,the adhesion between sandblasted rut board and waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt fog seal with sand is better, because the rut board of the former is the asphalt interface.Finally, the construction technology of fog seal with sand is introduced.
