不同压实温度下Honeywell温拌沥青混合料的路用性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用Honeywell改性剂在不同温度下成型温拌沥青混合料试件,通过车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验对路用性能研究。温拌沥青混合料级配选用SMA-13。试验结果表明:随着沥青混合料压实温度从160℃下降到145℃,Honeywell温拌沥青混合料的压实度随之下降;压实温度为155℃时,可以达到与不添加Honeywell改性剂170℃压实的混合料相同的压实度。随着压实温度的降低,低于160℃以下会使温拌沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性呈下降趋势,其中低温性能下降最为明显。 In this paper, Honeywell additive was used to form warm-mix asphalt mixture test specimens under different compaction temperatures.The road performance was studied by high-temperature rutting test, low-temperature beam bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The gradation of warm-mix asphalt mixture is SMA-13.The test results show that as the compaction temperature of asphalt mixture drops from 160℃ to 145℃,the compaction degree of Honeywell warm-mix asphalt mixture decreases.While the compaction temperature drops by 15℃ the compaction degree can reach the same level as compaction temperature at 170℃ without Honeywell additive.The reduction of compaction temperature will cause the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the warm-mix asphalt mixture to decline, and the low temperature performance is the most obvious.
