摘要
文章以湘玉竹为例,对其进行不同水平的水分胁迫处理,观察其形态特征,并测定其土壤含水量、叶片相对含水量、游离脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量等指标。结果显示:玉竹能承受的水分胁迫时间最多为20 d,超过20 d就会对玉竹的生理特性产生巨大的负面影响,出现倒苗和减产。旨在为大量栽培玉竹提供理论参考依据。
Taking Hunan Polygonatum odoratum as an example, the morphological characteristics of Polygonatum odoratum under different levels of water stress were observed, and the soil water content, relative leaf water content, free proline content and malondialdehyde content were measured. The results showed that water stress lasted for up to 20 days, and more than 20 days would have a great negative impact on the physiological characteristics of Polygonatum odoratum, resulting in seedling reversal and yield reduction. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of a large number of Polygonatumodoratum.
