新时代晋江市公共服务质量满意度调查及优化路径

摘要 为了进一步丰富"晋江经验",采用发放调查问卷的方式调查晋江市居民对公共服务质量的满意度。结果显示:晋江市居民对公共服务质量的整体感受为7.95分,明显的公共服务短板为养老服务、医疗卫生保障、食品安全。提出新时代背景下优化晋江公共服务质量的路径,即改革公共服务供给侧、补齐公共服务之短板、构建优质公共服务的多元化供给机制等。 To enrich the “Jinjiang Experience”,a questionnaire was distributed among Jinjiang residents on their satisfaction with the quality of public services.It was found that Jinjiang residents’ overall perception of public service quality is scored at 7.95,with perceived sharp weakness in senior citizen care,health care and food safety.A path of optimizing Jinjiang public services quality in the New Era was put forward that we should reform the supply side of public services,make up for the shortcomings of public services,and build a diversified supply mechanism of high-quality public services.
