Thoughts on Strengthening the Construction of Agricultural Machinery Service Ability in Mountainous Areas

为了考察山区基层农机化公共服务能力建设,对宣威市28个乡镇(街道)进行了深入的研究分析。研究结果表明:山区、半山区农业机械化公共服务能力建设还未得到各级政府相应的重视、支持和投入,相关农机化公共服务能力建设不足,基层农机公共服务能力脆弱,公共服务从业人员整体素质有待提高。

In order to investigate the capacity-building of grass-roots agricultural mechanization public service in mountainous areas, 28 townships (streets) in Xuanwei City were studied and analyzed in depth. The results show that the public service capacity building of Agricultural Mechanization in mountainous and semi-mountainous areas has not received the corresponding attention, support and input from governments at all levels, the relevant public service capacity building of agricultural mechanization is inadequate, the public service capacity of grass-roots agricultural machinery is fragile, and the overall quality of public service practitioners needs to be improved.
