高职学生满意度影响因素研究——基于厦门城市职业学院调查样本的分析

Influencing Factors of Higher Vocational College Students’ Satisfaction: A Sample From Xiamen City University

以厦门城市职业学院学生满意度调查为依据,运用统计学方法,对学生满意度影响因素进行研究。通过对学生个体特征与学生满意度关联的统计显著性的考察,以及提取学生满意度影响因素公因子并进行Logistic回归分析,可发现:规则公平、评价与发展和育人质量反馈对学生满意度最有影响力;对学生满意度,非专业环境因素影响程度较专业环境因素影响程度大。从供给侧改革思维形成、大数据平台建立、满意度增长点培育等方面,提出提高高职学生满意度的建议。

Several statistical methods were used to study the influencing factors of students’ satisfaction based on a survey in Xiamen City University.An investigation into the statistical significance between students’ individual characteristics and students’ satisfaction,factors extraction of students’ satisfaction and logistic regression analyses led to the following findings:rule fairness,evaluation and development together with quality feedback of education have the greatest influence on students’ satisfaction;non-specialty environmental factors have a greater impact than specialty environmental factors.Suggestions for improving students’ satisfaction were put forward from the aspects of the formation of supply side reform thinking,the establishment of big data platform and the cultivation of satisfaction growth point.
