摘要
为更好地解决建筑结构构件拆分不合理、PC(混凝土预制件)构件连接处钢筋碰撞、PC构件内部钢筋预埋件错位及PC构件施工过程中管理难度加大等问题,通过利用BIM(建筑信息模型)技术,优化PC构件拆分方案、在PC构件深化设计过程中检测钢筋预埋件之间的碰撞、结合进度计划实现4D虚拟施工模拟。实践表明:BIM技术应用于PC构件设计,可以提高装配式混凝土结构的生产和施工效率。
BIM technology can be introduced to solve the problems such as the irrational split of building structural members,the collisions of the steel bars between precast-concrete members,the dislocation of steel bars and embedded parts inside precast-concrete members and the increase of difficulty in the construction management of precast-concrete members.The utilization of BIM technology will optimize precast-concrete members split scheme,detect collision between steel bars and embedded parts during the process of detail design,and implement 4D virtual construction simulation combined with schedule plan.Practice shows that the application of BIM in the design of precast-concrete members can improve the production and construction efficiency of precast-concrete structures.
