在"双一流"背景下,高校如何进行教学改革,培养高技能知识型创新人才,已成为亟待解决的重要课题,而本科毕业论文质量,是直接衡量高校教学水平和人才专业素养的显著指标。基于此,本文重点研究公共管理类本科毕业论文,通过借鉴现有研究成果及高校经验,依据公共管理类教学质量国家标准,设置评价指标,运用层次分析法(AHP)确立本科毕业论文质量评价指标权重,从而为高校提升本科毕业论文质量水平提供参考。

Under the background of "Double First-rate", how to carry on the teaching reform and cultivate the high-skill knowledge creative talents has become an important subject to be solved urgently. The quality of undergraduate graduation thesis is a significant index to directly measure the teaching level and the professional quality of talents in colleges and universities. Based on this, this article focuses on public management class undergraduate course graduation thesis, drawing on existing research results and experience of colleges and universities, according to national standards of public management class teaching quality, set up the evaluation index, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish undergraduate course graduation thesis quality evaluation index weight, thereby enhance the level of undergraduate course graduation thesis quality, to provide the reference for colleges and universities.
