摘要
随着教育改革的不断深入,适合的教育理念日渐受到国内外教育界的重视。在适合的教育视域下,教师的关键能力主要是指教师在教育过程中能够有效地实现每个学生全面地、个性地、生动活泼地发展而应该具备的能力,其分为内部和外部两种:内部关键能力包括知识力、思维力、洞察力;外部关键能力包括协作力和幸福力。本文根据构建的模型对教师关键能力的实现提出了相应的实践路径。
With the deepening of educational reform, the concept of suitable education has been paid more and more attention by the educational circles at home and abroad. From the perspective of appropriate education, the key ability of teachers mainly refers to the ability that teachers can effectively realize the comprehensive, individual and lively development of each student in the process of education, which can be divided into internal and external: internal key ability includes knowledge, thinking and insight;Key external competencies include collaboration and well-being. According to the model, this paper puts forward some practical ways to realize teachers' key competence.
