摘要
探究产学研情境下高校工程教育师资队伍建设与发展,有助于实体经济与高校系统的融合共进。研究运用内容分析法开发量表,通过正式问卷调研,采用探索性与验证性因子分析相结合的方法,归纳并验证产学研对高校工程教育师资队伍的影响因素与作用机理。实证结果表明,除网络契约治理会抑制教师个人能力外,产学研网络特征与治理模式均能够有效促进高校工程教育师资队伍建中的个人能力与团队发展。
Exploring the construction and development of engineering education teachers in colleges and universities under the context of IA Collaboration will help the integration of the real economy and the university system. The research uses the content analysis method to develop the scale, through the formal questionnaire survey, and adopts the combination of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to summarize and verify the influencing factors and mechanism of the industry-university research on the engineering education teachers. The empirical results show that, besides the network contract governance will inhibit the individual ability of teachers, the characteristics of the IA Collaboration network and the governance model can effectively promote the personal ability and team development of the engineering education teachers in colleges and universities.
