摘要
首先分析化学锚栓和预埋槽道2种铁路隧道内接触网埋设件设置方式的优劣及其在铁路隧道中的应用情况,然后统计了各类铁路隧道内接触网预埋槽道常见质量问题的类型及分布,并分析了产生问题的原因。最后提出预埋槽道应与主体工程同步设计和施工、加强接口工程技术管理、槽道二次定位等措施预防常见质量问题,以及改变接触网吊柱底板、后置槽道和拆除二次衬砌重新埋设槽道等整治方案。对隧道内预埋槽道施工、质量问题整治具有指导意义。
Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of setting modes of chemical anchor bolt and preembeded channel of overhead contact Line (OCL) buried parts in railway tunnel and their application in railway tunnel were analyzed,then the common quality problem types and distribution of the pre-embeded channel for OCL in various railway tunnels were counted,and the causes of the problems are analyzed. The measures to prevent the common quality problems were proposed that the pre-embeded channel should be designed and constructed synchronously with the main project,that the technology management of interface engineering should be strengthened,and that the secondary positioning of the channel should be taken,and the regulation schemes,such as changing the bottom plate of the OCL suspension column,post-positioning channel and removing the secondary lining and re-embedding channel,w ere put forw ard.The w ork presented in this paper has the guiding signif icance to the construction of pre-embeded channel in tunnel and the regulation of quality problems.
